  • organic collard greens, swiss chard, or romaine lettuce
  • 1 pear
  • 2 apples
  • 2 bananas
  • strawberries
  • blueberries
  • 10 - 12 oz water

Preparation

Step 1

Wash, core, and slice fruit.
Mix in blender or smoothie machine.

Drink 2/day to start then 2/month.
