Chicken Marsala

Ingredients

  • 4 whole large boneless chicken breasts, skinned
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup dried bread crumbs
  • 4 teaspoons butter
  • Garlic
  • 4 teaspoons flour
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/3 cup Marsala wine
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1/8 teaspoon course ground pepper
  • 1 teaspoon/1 cube chicken bouillon

Preparation

Step 1

Pound the chicken breast flat
Beat eggs
Dip chicken in eggs and dredge in bread crumbs
Melt butter in large skillet and add garlic
Stir in flour and gradually add water, Marsala wine, parsley, ground pepper and chicken bouillon
