Ingredients

  • Topping:
  • 1 quart blueberries
  • 2 white peaches, diced
  • juice of one lemon
  • sugar to taste
  • 1/4 cup + 2 Tbsp. unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Preparation

Step 1

Fro crumb topping: combine ingredients in a medium bowl and work into a crumbly mixture.

Preheat oven to 375. Combine berries and peaches with lemon juice and sugar to taste. Place in bottom of a rectangular baking dish. Top evenly with crumb topping mixture. Bake for 40 minutes until topping is crisp.
