Sourdough bread "FEED"

Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp potato flakes (hungry jack)
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup warm water

Preparation

Step 1

stir well. let set on conter 10-12 hours. stir well. use 1 cup starter in bread recipe. store remainder in refrigerator in a glass jar use holes in lid. fee starter every 3-5 days.
