Pudding - Chia Seed Pudding

Ingredients

  • 2 cups non dairy milk (I used hemp. Almond milk would work too.)
  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 orange cut into segments
  • zest of one orange
  • 1 tsp ground vanilla beans
  • 1/4 cup goji berries
  • 2 T cacao nibs

Preparation

Step 1

Throw all the ingredients in a bowl and chill in the fridge for a few hours. Makes 4 servings. Takes all of 5 minutes to make and will keep you full for a long time afterward.
