Ingredients

  • 2 small cans salmon
  • 1/3 cup chopped onion
  • 1/3 cup chopped celery
  • 1 dash pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Preparation

Step 1

Take juice from salmon and evaporated milk, Make 1 cup of liquid from this mixture.
Crumb 8 soda crackers. Break up salmon in bowl, add onion, celery, pepper and egg. Mix well. Add lemon juice, milk mixture. Spread in loaf pan or casserole. Bake 350F for 1 hour or until firm in center.
