Ingredients
- 1/2 pound firm tofu -- mashed
- 1 green onion -- finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons eggless fat free mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon pickle relish
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- pinch salt
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. Serve on whole wheat bread
with lettuce and tomato.
