Snow ball Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup finely chopped pecans
  • 2 TBS sugar
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • Confectionery sugar ( XX sugar)

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together. Dough will be crumbly.

Refrigerate 30 minutes. Roll into small balls.

Bate at 375 for 10-12 minutes. Let stand 1 minute. Move to wire rack and cool slightly. Roll in XX sugar. Store in air tight container. May be frozen.
