Ingredients
- 2 bags Simply Potatoes, Shredded
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 c sour cream
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/4 t pepper
- 2 c cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/3 c green onions, sliced
- 2 c ritz crackers, crushed
- 1/4 c butter, melted

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat 350
Cost 13x9 baking dish w/ nonstick spray.
Whisk together soup, sour cream, salt and pepper
Stir in cheese, onion and potatoes
Spoon evenly into dish
Mix crackers and butter sprinkle over potatoes
Back uncovered for 45 minutes or until hot and bubbly
Rest 5 min before serving
