BBQ’d Game Hens

Ingredients

• 2 Game Hens, split in half
• 6 to 7 Cloves Fresh Garlic, Mashed
• Juice of 2 Large Lemons
• 1/4 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• 1 Tsp Ground Pepper
• 1 Tsp Red Aleppo pepper
• Salt to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Mash the Garlic with Salt (Salt helps release the Oils in the Garlic); add to it the Lemon juice, Olive oil and the seasoning whisking it as you add each ingredient. Pour marinade on the Game hens and mix thoroughly with your hands. Cover and let it marinate for 2 to 3 hours. Grill the Hens and Enjoy
