Ingredients

  • 200

    g cubed watermelon

  • 1

    tbsp chia seeds (12g)

  • 1

    tsp lime juice

  • 1

    tsp honey (5g)

  • Pinch of kosher salt

  • 10

    ice cubes

Directions

Put the watermelon, chia seeds, lime juice, honey and salt in the blender. Process for a few seconds until smooth. Now that you have a liquid base, add the ice cubes and blend again until smooth.
