Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 3 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 3 tbsp oil
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 egg
- 1 cup chopped walnuts/pecans
- 1 cup chopped mint
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Mix flour, sugar and bak powder in lg bowl, whisk tog oil, milk & egg in another bowl, mix together, add nuts and mint. Bake in greased bread pan in oven 50-60 min, cool & slice.
