Eric's Remoulade Sauce For Fish

Ingredients

  • 4 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
  • dash of salt
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup parsley finally chopped
  • 1 tsp. Tabasco
  • 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 1 Tbs. lemon juice
  • 4 Tbs. olive oil

Preparation

Step 1

Cover fillets with sauce. Make a foil packet, and fold edges over. Grill indirect, or bake in the oven.
