- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/3 cup light soy sauce
- 1 to 2 minced garlic clove

Heat it over medium heat. Remove the mixture before it boils.

Use the marinade immediately. Chill the marinated meat in the refrigerator between 30 minutes to overnight.
