Ingredients
- Romaine lettuce
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup cider vinegar
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 pkg ramen noodles (discard seasoning mix)
- 1-1/2 cup chopped broccoli
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Preparation
Step 1
In a jar or Tupperware container mix the sugar, olive oil, cider vinegar, and soy sauce.
In a skillet, saute the ramen noodles in margarine or cooking spray until golden brown. Set aside.
Combine the romaine lettuce, broccoli, noodles, and chopped walnuts.
Toss with dressing mixture right before serving.
