Ingredients
- 1/2 cup white wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 8 fresh basil leaves
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1/4 teas. salt
- 1/4 teas. pepper
- 3/4 cup olive oil
Preparation
Step 1
Combine first 6 ingredients in container of electric blender. With blender on High, gradually add olive oil in slow steady stream. Process 2 minutes. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
