Ingredients

  • 1 (10 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup fine dry bread crumbs
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 1/2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms

Preparation

Step 1

Combine 1/4 cup of the undiluted soup, ground beef, bread crumbs and egg in a large bowl and mix well. Shape into 6 patties. Cook the patties in a large skillet for 6 minutes per side or until cooked through; drain well. Combine the remaining soup and the mushrooms in the skillet and stir to combine. Cook until heated through. Serve over steak.
