Classic Pot Roast

Ingredients

  • 3 lb beef chuck roast
  • 1 envelope onion soup mix
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Place roast in a crock pot. Add onion soup mix, soup and Worcestershire sauce. Cook on low setting for 8 hours or high setting for 4 hours. Serve with mashed potatoes and the roast sauce.
