Ingredients
- 2 large chicken breasts, cook, cool and dice
- 3 cans great northern beans
- 1 can ro-tel
- 1 sm. can diced green chillies
- 1 diced onion
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 2 tsp. cumin
- 2 cans 14 oz. chicken broth
- 3 cups Monteray jack cheese
- 1 carton ..12 oz. sour cream

Preparation
Step 1
Saute onions until they are transparent. Mix ingredients except sour cream and cheese and simmer 1 1/2 hrs. Add cheese/sour cream-heat another 14 min.
