Rhubarb Cream Pie

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh rhubarb - 1/2" pieces
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 1 1/4 cups sugar
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 egg yolks, beaten
  • 1/2 cup evaporated milk
  • un baked pie shell
  • Meringue

Preparation

Step 1

Mix fill ingredients in order + place in pie shell.
Bake at 350° for 10 min to set crust; reduce heat until filling is set.
Top with meringue - brown.
