    Sunshine Krispy Original crackers

    teaspoon dry mustard

  • salt

  • 3

    eggs, separated

  • 1

    cup heavy cream

  • ¼

    teaspoon hot sauce

  • cups Cheddar cheese

  • 1

    tablespoon melted butter

  • 1

    can (14.75 ounces)

  • cream style corn

Directions

Crush crackers into fine crumbs. Mix with mustard and salt; set aside. Beat egg whites until stiff but not dry; set aside. Beat egg yolks well. Gradually stir in heavy cream and hot sauce. Add crumb mixture, cheese, butter and corn. Fold egg whites into mixture. Pour into shallow 6 cup baking dish. Bake in preheated 325°F for 40 minutes.
