Ingredients
- 8 oz. almond paste
- ½ cup sugar
- 3 tbs. icing sugar
- 2 egg whites
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- ¼ tsp. salt
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cream the almond paste with sugars. Add the egg whites and beat well, then add the coconut and stir.
Pipe rounds or fleurettes, bake 20-30 minutes
