Ingredients
- 1/3 cup prepared red wine vinaigrette
- 2 tablespoons seedless raspberry jam
- 2 cups celery slices -- diagonal slices
- 1 cup pear slices -- cored, unpeeled
- 1 cup seedless red grape halves
- 1 head Boston lettuce
- 1/4 cup walnuts -- chopped (optional)
Preparation
Step 1
In glass measuring cup, using a wire whisk, combine the vinaigrette and jam. Set aside. In a medium bowl, combine the celery, pears and grapes. Add vinaigrette and toss lightly. Line 4 salad plates w/lettuce leaves. Spoon the celery mixture over lettuce. Sprinkle w/chopped walnuts, if desired.
