Ingredients

  • Dough:
  • 2 Cups Flour
  • 2 Cups Boiling Water
  • 2 Tbsp. Oil
  • 2 Tbsp. Salt
  • Mix together in kitchen aid mixer and let cool slightly.
  • Mix In:
  • 1 Tsp. Baking Powder
  • 1-2 Cups Flour (Usually the full 2 cups)
  • Roll thin on floured surface. Cut with round cutter. Add a spoonful of filling. Folder over and press edges to seal.
  • Filling: All Options (Any combination)
  • Mashed Potatoes
  • Cheddar Cheese
  • Sat & Pepper
  • Chunks of Ham or Bacon
  • Onion
