Ingredients

  • 1 cup egg substitute

  • 1½ cups flour

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ½ tsp dried thyme

  • ¼ tsp white pepper

  • 3 skinned chicken breast halves

  • 3 skinned chicken thighs

  • cooking spray

  • 1 Tbsp butter melted

Directions

Preheat oven to 400. Place egg substitute in a shallow dish. Combine flour and next 5 ingredients in a separate shallow dish. Dip chicken pieces in egg then dredge in flour. Dip and dredge a second time. Arrange on a baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Drizzle butter over chicken. Bake at 400 for 50 minutes or till done.
