Ingredients
- 1 small onion
- 2 large pimentos, diced
- 3 tab of butter
- 3 tal all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups of chicken stock
- 1 1/2 cups of cream
- 3/4 cup grated sharp Chedder
- 1/2 cup green onions
- salt and pepper
- dash cayenne pepper, optional
- Serve with favorite bread or crutons

Preparation
Step 1
In a saucepan, saute the onion and pimentos in butter for 5 to 7 minutes. Blend in flour. Add stock and cream Cook untio thic. Add cheese and stir until melted. Add 1/4th cup green oinions, salt and pepper to taste and cayenne if desired,, garnish with remaining green onions.
