- 1 head cauliflower
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped onion
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Step 1
Wash cauliflower and shake off excess water. Place in a flat serving dish. cover with waxed paper. Cook on high 8 to 11 minutes or until crisp-tender. Mix together mustard, mayonnaise and onion. "Frost" cauliflower with mixture. Sprinkle on cheese; cook 1 1/2 to 2 minutes or until cheese is melted. Let stand 2 minutes before serving.
