Ingredients
- 1 lb semisweet chocolate, coarsely chopped
- 8 oz white chocolate
- 1 1/2 cups pistachios, toasted (12 oz)
- 8 oz dried cherries (1 1/2 cups)
Preparation
Step 1
Place semisweet chocolate in large bowl. Place white chocolate in small bowl. Melt each in microwave. Add pistachios and cherries to semisweet chocolate and stir. Then add white chocolate and swirl. Place on waxed paper and chill to harden. Break into pieces.
