- 1 chuck roast
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 pkg Lipton onion soup mix (powder)
- 1/2 can water
Mix soups and water in bowl with whisk.
Place frozen roast in 9 x 13 pan and cover with soup mix.
Cover tightly with aluminium foil.
Bake at 275° 6 to 8 hours
