Ingredients
- 1 3/4 c sugar
- 7ounces marshmallow creme
- 3/4 c evaporated milk
- 1/4 c melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- ( use chips of the flavor you wish )
- i.e. Chocolate chips for Chocolate fudge
- 3 Cups Chocolate Chips
- Peanut butter uses more chips and Butterscotch about the same as peanut butter.
Preparation
Step 1
Line 8" square pan with Foil
Combine sugar , Marshmallow creme , evaporated milk , and butter in a 3 quart saucepan. Cook over medium heat , Stirring Constantly , until mixture comes to a boil; Boil and stir for 5 minutes more.
Remove from heat. add Vanilla and chips, Stirring till Chips are melted and mixture becomes creamy.
Pour into prepared pan and cool until set.
Peel off foil and cut into Squares.
