Ingredients
- 1/2 c. butter (1 stick)
- 1 c. packed dark brown sugar
- 1/4 c. milk
- 2 c. confectioners sugar

Melt butter in saucepan over low heat. Add brown sugar and milk. Bring to a boil, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and add confectioner sugar, stirring until smooth.
