  • Tilapia fillets
  • flour with salt & pepper
  • egg
  • Italian Bread crumbs
  • Panko
  • olive oil
  • lemon

Preparation

Step 1

Generously oil skillet with olive oil. Mix Italian bread crumbs and Panko together. Dredge fillets in flour mixture, then beaten egg wash, then bread crumb mixture.
Add fillets to heated oil for 1 minute, flip for 30 seconds. Move to a 425° oven for 10-12 minutes until done. Top with drizzled lemon juice.
