Ingredients

  • Crust:
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 Tablespoon sugar
  • Cake:
  • 2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • Fresh sliced strawberries

Preparation

Step 1

Crust:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine crumbs, melted butter and sugar in 1 quart batter bowl. Press crumb mixture onto bottom of springform pan fitted with flat bottom. Bake 10 minutes.

Cake:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place cream cheese in 2 quart batter bowl. Mix with whisk until soft and creamy. Add sugar and flour; whisk until well combined. Add remaining ingredients; whisk until smooth. Pour batter over slightly cooked crust. Bake 50 to 55 minutes or until center is just set. Remove from oven. Cool 20 minutes. Run sharp knife around cheesecake edges. Cool to room temperature; cover with foil. Refrigerate until chilled. Release side clamp and remove collar. Top with fresh sliced strawberries.
