Ingredients
- 2 cups (24) crushed cream filled chocolate cookies
- 1/4 C melted margarine
- 1/4 C. Milk
- 1 7 oz jar marshmallow cream
- Few drops peppermint extract
- Few drops food coloring - green
- 2 cups whipped whipping cream
Preparation
Step 1
Combine crumbs and margarine. Reserve 1/2 cup for top. Press remaining crumb mixture onto bottom of 9” spring form pan or pie pan. Chill.
Gradually add milk to marshmallow cream, mixing until well blended. Add extract and food coloring; fold in whipped cream. Pour into pan, freeze. Sprinkle w/ remaining
crumbs.
