Crab Pasta Salad

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces tri-color rotini
  • 3 green onions finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped green pepper
  • 1/8 cup chopped black olives
  • 4 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
  • 12 ounces imitation crab meat, chopped
  • 1/4 cup parmesan
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup creamy Italian or ranch dressing (both are great)

Preparation

Step 1

Cook the pasta until tender. Drain and rinse in cold water until cool.

In a large bowl, mix the salad dressing, mayonnaise and Parmesan. Add remaining ingredients, mix well and refrigerate until chilled.
