Breast of Chicken with Capers

Ingredients

  • 4 skiness/boneless breasts
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 Tbsp. drained capers
  • 1/4 cup chopped onions
  • 2/3 heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup dry white wine

Preparation

Step 1

Sprinkle chicken with salt, pepper and paprika. Heat butter in skillet and put in chicken. Cook over moderate heat 5-6 min. on one side and then other. Scatter onion around chicken. Cover tight and cook on low heat for 8 minutes. Transfer to a warm platter.

Add wine to pan and stir to dissolve brown particles. Cook until most of wine evaporates. Add cream and capers. Bring to a boil and reduce heat. Cook until reduced to about 34 cup sauce.

Spoon sauce over chicken and serve.
