- 1 1 1 cup firmly packed basil leaves
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 1 1 T champagne vinegar or white wine vinegar
- 2 2 2 tsp lemon zest
- 1 1 1 T lemon juice
- 1 1 1 tsp honey
- 1 1 1 garlic clove, minced.
