Lemon Basil Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 1 1 1 cup firmly packed basil leaves
  • 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 1 1 T champagne vinegar or white wine vinegar
  • 2 2 2 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 1 1 T lemon juice
  • 1 1 1 tsp honey
  • 1 1 1 garlic clove, minced.

Preparation

Step 1

Process all ingredients in a food processor or blender 3 to 4 seconds or until smooth. Serve.
