Instructions
Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Lightly grease a 3-quart baking dish.
Prep the cobbler dough by placing 1 1/2 cups of flour, salt, cinnamon, baking powder, 2 tablespoons of sugar, and butter in the bowl of a food processor. Pulse until mixture resembles bread crumbs.
Place the dough into a bowl. Add the sour cream and gently mix to form a soft dough. Place dough into the fridge while prepping the filling.
For the filling combine the peaches, strawberries, lemon zest, and juice. Toss well to coat the fruit.
Add 1/4 cup of sugar and 2 tablespoons flour and mix until the fruit is well coated. Pour the fruit into the baking dish.
Break off pieces of the dough and flatten and place on top of the fruit filling. Sprinkle some sugar on top of the cobbler dough.
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes until the cobbler is golden brown and bubbling.
Serve with ice cream or whipping cream, optional.
