Pecan Tarts

Ingredients

  • FILLING:
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 (3oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3/4 cup broken pecans
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Preparation

Step 1

Mix cheese and butter. Add flour and chill 1 hour. Make into 24 balls and pat out in small muffin pans. Fill with pecan mixture. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Let cool in pan.
