Ingredients
- 3 c water
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbs butter
- 3/4 c polenta
- 3/4 c grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- Olive oil

Preparation
Step 1
Combine water, salt, butter and bring to a boil. Add polenta, whisking so doesn't clump. Lower heat and cook 10-15 min until thick. Remove from heat and add cheese and cayenne. Line pie plate with plastic wrap. Spread polenta and cover with wrap. Refrigerate for 1 hr. cut into slices. Brush with oil and grill about 10 min.
