Ingredients

  • 2 cups crushed pretzels, not too fine
  • 3/4 cup melted oleo
  • 3 teaspoons sugar
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 9-ounce container Cool Whip
  • 2 small strawberry or raspberry Jello
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 2 10-ounce boxes frozen strawberries or raspberries

Preparation

Step 1

For crust: Mix pretzels, oleo and sugar. Pat into 9x13 pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 8 minutes. Cool.

Combine cream cheese, sugar and Cool Whip and mix well. Spread over cooled pretzel crust.

Mix Jello, water and frozen berries. Let stand 10 minutes. Refrigerate until slightly set. Pour over cream cheese and refrigerate.

Best eaten same day so crust doesn’t get soggy.
