Impossible Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients

• 13 1/2 oz. can evaporated milk
• 14 oz. can canned pumpkin
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup Bisquik
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp ginger
• 1/4 tsp cloves
• whipped cream

Preparation

Step 1

Combine first 9 ingredience in blender. Blend until smooth.
Pour into greased 9 inch pie plate
Bake at 350 for 50 - 55 minutes until knife comes out clean
Cool
Spread with whipped cream
