Ingredients

• 3 3/4 cups flour
• 1 1/3 cups butter
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 1/4 cup orange juice
• 1 egg yolk
• strawberry preserves

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients except preserves at medium speed until thoroughly mixed.
Cover and refrugerate for 1 hour.
Take tsp of cookie dough, roll up into ball, place on cookie sheet and make a thumb print into thhe dough. Bake at 375 for 10 min.
Remove from oven, place preserves in the indentation and bake an additional 5 min.
