Ingredients
- Dressing:
- 1/2 cup sliced or clivered almonds
- 2 Tbsp sesame seeds
- 1/2 head shredded cabbage ( 1 package)
- 12 oz. bean sprouts
- 2 cups freash mushrooms
- 6 green onions, sliced
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 package instane noodles (broken up)
- 1/2 package chow mein noodles
- 1 package seasoning from noodles
- 1/2 cup cooking oil
- 4 Tbsp soya sauce
- 3 tsp vinegar
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp salt

Preparation
Step 1
Put first ingredience in large bowl
Mix dressing
Add to salad ingedience
Refridgerate
I add about another 1 tsp of beef boullion seasoning
This keeps very well
