Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • ½ cup chopped onion
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 1 4-oz can drained green chilies
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 ½ cup cooked chicken, chopped
  • 1 ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8 soft tortillas
  • 1 can (1/2 cup) chopped black olives
  • ¼ cup milk

Preparation

Step 1

PreHeat oven to 350 degrees.
Melt butter in skillet, add onion and garlic, sauté 5 mintues til tender.
In bowl combine ¼ olives, chilies, sour cream, soup, and sauted ingredients.
Set aside ¾ cup of this mixture
Fold chicken into remaining sauce, fold in 1 cup shredded cheese
Fill tortillas evenly with mixture. Roll and place seam side down in the pyrex pan
Combine reserved sauce and milk, spoon sauce over rolled tortillas
Bake 30 minutes then top with remaining cheese and other ¼ cup olives.
Cook 5 more minutes
