  • Fresh Pumpkin Seeds, washed and rinsed
  • Salt

Preparation

Step 1

Cover a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Generously cover the foil with salt. Lay the pumpkin seeds carefully on top of the salt. Sprinkle the top of the seeds with additional salt. Bake the pumpkin seeds at 270 degrees Fahrenheit for 90 - 120 minutes. Allow the pumpkin seeds to cool completely and enjoy. Place the leftover seeds in an airtight container.
