Ingredients
- 1 lb. walnuts
- 1 egg white
- 1 tsp. water
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla
- 1 C. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Cinnamon
- 1 tsp. salt
Preparation
Step 1
Beat egg white with water and vanilla. In a Baggie, combine sugar, cinnamon and salt. Coat nuts with egg white mixture. Place in baggie and shake until well coated. Cook in 225 degree oven for 40 minutes.
