Ingredients
- 4 cups water
- Add 4 chicken bouillon cubes and dissolve.
- Add 1 cup chopped onion,
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup chopped carrots
- 1 1/2 cups diced potatoes.
- Cook 15 min. Add 1 16 oz. frozen vegetable mix (broccoli, cauliflower, carrot mix)
- Cook 6-8 min. more. Add 2 cans cream chicken soup and 1# diced Velveeta. Heat until cheese is melted.
