Ingredients
- 1/3 c soy yogurt
- 1 T agave
- 1 clove garlic, smashed
- juice of one lime
- 2 T pickle juice
- 1 T wasabi paste
- 1/2 t ground pepper
- 1/2 t pink Himalayan salt
- 1 lb shredded cabbage, any kind you have in the garden, purple is pretty
- 1 shredded carrot
- 1/4 c chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup red or other onion

Combine the dressing ingredients: soy yogurt, agave, garlic, lime juice, pickle juice, wasabi paste and pink Himalyan salt and pepper.
put everything else in a large bowl, add the dressing and refrigerate for several hours before serving to blend flavors.
